Returns & Exchanges

Blue in Green Soho accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain items, including underwear and final sale products, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact and the item is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Soho storefront location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any shipping fees.
