What is your standard shipping policy?
We offer domestic shipping within the United States via UPS and USPS, as well as international shipping to select countries. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and tracking information is emailed as soon as the package departs our Soho location.
Do you offer hemming services for denim?
Yes, we specialize in chain-stitch hemming using our vintage Union Special machines. This service is complimentary for any full-price jeans purchased through our store. Please note that hemmed items are final sale and cannot be returned.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Sale items, undergarments, and customized/hemmed goods are final sale.
How do I know which size to order?
Japanese sizing can differ significantly from US standards. We provide detailed measurement charts for each garment on the product page. We recommend measuring a similar item you own and comparing it to our specs to ensure the perfect fit.
Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. Blue in Green Soho is an authorized retailer for every brand we carry. We work directly with artisans and manufacturers in Japan and around the world to ensure the highest quality and authenticity.
Will my raw denim shrink after washing?
Unsanforized (shrink-to-fit) denim will shrink approximately 5-10% after the first soak or wash. Sanforized denim is pre-treated to minimize shrinkage, though a small amount (1-2%) may still occur. Please check the product description for specific fabric details.
